- Students' articles are accepted jointly with their supervisor or in collaboration with staff.
- No more than 4 articles are accepted from one author, taking into account articles in collaboration, the number of authors of the article is no more than 5. The questionnaire should be inserted at the end of the article, in the same file.
- Files must be named according to the first author's last name and the first 2 words of the article title. For example: Ivanov_Influence of the regime.
- Articles must be sent by e-mail to nsau_nirm@mail.ru by November 10, 2025
- Publication in the electronic collection is free of charge. A printed edition of the collection is not planned.
- Posting on the RSCI website and mailing of the collection within two months after the conference.
- Accommodation (for out-of-towners) In the university hotel or in the city hotel. The need for accommodation must be indicated in the Participant's Application and agreed upon with the conference organizers.
